8月18日中午，正大中心一层被融合音乐与黎巴嫩美食点亮，Mac Mac by Sumac在此迎来中国区首店盛大启幕。来自科威特、约旦及黎巴嫩的驻华大使馆代表，以及北京市文旅局、北京市商务局、北京市工商联、北京商务中心区管理委员会、朝阳区外事办、朝阳区商务局、朝阳区投资促进服务中心、建外街道、全球化智库，以及正大中心入驻企业代表等众多嘉宾莅临参与，正大集团执行副总裁、“一带一路”事业线首席执行官兼商业地产企业中国区董事长洪波，和正大集团商业地产企业中国区首席执行官兼正大中心首席执行官王晓丽出席活动。活动聚焦中东历史文明与饮食艺术，邀请中外人士在文化交流过程中探讨区域合作与国际友谊。

On the morning of August 18, the first floor of CP Center was illuminated by fusion music and Lebanese cuisine as Mac Mac by Sumac officially opened its first store in China. Representatives from the embassies of Kuwait, Jordan, and Lebanon in China, as well as officials from Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau, Chaoyang District Commerce Bureau, CFIC, Beijing CBD Administrative Committee, Foreign Affairs Office of Chaoyang District, Chaoyang District Investment Promotion Bureau, Jianwai Subdistrict Office, CCG, representatives of tenants in CP Center, Ms. Hong Bo, Executive Vice President of CP Group and CEO of the Belt and Road Business and Chairman of Commercial Real Estate Business China, and Ms Lynn Wang,  CEO of Commercial Real Estate Business China of CP Group and CEO of CP Center, and other distinguished guests attended the event. The event was themed around Middle Eastern history, civilization, and culinary art, inviting Chinese and foreign guests to explore regional cooperation and international friendship through cultural exchange.

Mr. Rani Jarkas, Chairman of Cedrus Group, delivered a speech stating that this year marks the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative. This initiative not only promotes economic cooperation but also emphasizes the deepening of cultural exchange. This aligns perfectly with the philosophy of SUMAC. We aim to raise awareness of the importance of human connections and promote cultural exchange between China and the Middle East. 三位黎巴嫩大厨现场烹制了一条长达6米的沙威玛卷，沙威玛是中东特色美食，Mac Mac 的黄金沙威玛卷，使用经24小时腌渍的黎巴嫩牧场羔羊肩+鸡腿肉双拼，搭配焦糖洋葱、中东腌椒和蒜酱，以现烤皮塔饼裹制，一口咬下，仿佛步入阳光明媚的地中海，在舌尖完成一场跨国旅行。

Three Lebanese chefs collaborated to prepare a 6-meter-long Shawarma Roll. Shawarma is a Middle Eastern specialty dish, Mac Mac's Gold Shawarma Roll features a combination of premium Lebanese lamb shoulder & chicken thigh blend, marinated for 24 hours in yogurt and spices, wrapped in freshly grilled pita with caramelized onions, pickled peppers, and garlic sauce. With each bite, you're transported to the sunny shores of the Mediterranean, embarking on a culinary journey across borders.
